Spent two weeks in Louisiana to kick off the New Year, It culminated with a week of busy showcases at Folk Alliance International in New Orleans. The conference felt powerful, and was a clear reminder how music connects us deeply, and carries the voices and stories of all people. Still processing all the incredible music I took in, the friends that soulfully played with me and the beautiful connections that were made and renewed.

Back in Winnipeg now, I begin work on my next record in just a few short weeks.
